Philip Young has regularly advised owners corporations, as well as individual lot owners, on the procedural and substantive requirements of NSW strata legislation. Issues have been wide-ranging, including how to force an owners corporation to repair, how to pursue developers of defective buildings, how to conduct proper meetings and generally what rights are available to lot owners.

Philip has himself been involved in acting on an Executive Committee managing a complex of 65 units, including acting as Chairman of the Committee. He therefore has a sound understanding of the types of issues that regularly arise, as well as how to resolve them.
